WITNESSETH that the management hereby engages the Artiste and the Artiste hereby accepts the engagement

TO APPEAR as known in his/ her/ their usual entertainment and give 1 (ONE) performance(s) at the venue(s) on the date(s) and for the payment stated in the schedule hereto:

PAYMENT: $1100.00 Total being $1000 Artist fee and Booking Fee of $100.00 = $ 1100.00 and 50% deposit being $ 550.00 required immediatley.

Additional clauses to contract no: 12345

The following additional clauses are an integral part of the contract to which they are attached. Each page should be initialled and full signature given where indicated. The sub-headings are purely for your easy reference.

The contract must be signed & returned within six weeks of the date of performance, if the contract is not returned within six weeks of the performance it will be deemed accepted unless the management has made correspondence contrary to this.

FEE & PAYMENT
1. All fees are subject to 10% booking fee unless otherwise agreed in writing by both management and Urban Agency.

2. The management agrees that a minimum of 50% of the fee will be paid in advance to arrive no later than six weeks before event unless otherwise agreed in writing by both management and Urban Agency. It is agreed by Management that the non-payment of an agreed deposit will cancel the artists obligation to perform under the terms of this contract. Payments must be made by cheque or by bank to bank transfer and free of all transfer charges to Urban Agency Client Account, National Westminister Bank, St. James & Picadilly Branch, PO Box 2DG, 208 Picadilly, London W1A 2DG, UK. SORT CODE: 56-00-03 / ACCOUNT NO: 79345786. Artist name and contract number must be quoted as reference on payment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

3. The balance of the Artistes fee, plus VAT on the total fee (if applicable), will be paid in cash to the Artiste (pro rata) on the night, prior to Artistes performance. This balance must be paid in UK Pounds unless otherwise agreed by all parties in writing.

4.1 In event of a cancellation by the Management, the artists' representative must be informed at least six weeks prior to the event unless agreed in writing by both parties, the Management then agrees to pay 50% of the Artiste fee non refundable to Urban Agecny on behalf of the Artiste.
4.2 If the management wishes to arrange more performances by the Artiste after the date of this contract, it is understood that this will be arranged by Urban Agency and not through another organization or direct with the Artiste for as long as Urban Agency has a working relationship with the Artiste. Any breach of this clause gives Urban Agency the rights to be paid full booking fees for any such performance.

BILLING AND PROGRAMMING
5. The Management agrees that the Artiste will receive billing as in all publicity and promotional material pertaining to the event of which the performance herein is a part. It is agreed that no other act may appear in such publicity and promotion without the prior agreement of the Artiste or their representative.

PA & LIGHTS
6. The Management agrees to provide and pay for a First Class PA (Public Address) System and experienced technician/s (if required) for use by the Artiste for the duration of this contract. The PA system for DJ artists must include 2 Technics 1210 turntables, 2 quality CD players designed for DJ use such as Pioneer CDJ 1000, a quality DJ mixer that includes crossfader and full gain control over each channel. If specific lighting/PA needs is required by artists then specifications for such Lighting/PA System will be advised by the Artiste not later than fourteen (14) days prior to performance

CATERING
7. It is agreed and understood that the Management will provide and pay for all catering required by the Artiste and personnel in connection with these engagements

RADIO & TELEVISION/ RECORDING
8. The Management agrees to ensure that no audio or visual recording of any kind is made of the Artistes performance herein without prior authorisation and written agreement between the management and the artist.

FLIGHTS
9. For bookings outside the UK. It is agreed and understood that the management will provide full flight options to the artists' agent before any flights are confirmed, booked or payed for, failure to do so could result in flight changes by the artists' agent. In such a case any costs incurred for these changes will be wholly the responsibility of the management. All flights booked by the management should be fully changeable and refundable unless agreed in writing between management and Urban Agency. Flights will only be booked by Urban Agency with prior written agreement by management and Urban Agency. It is expected that in the event of an excess luggage fee charged by an airline due to carriage of essential items for the performance, such as records, then any such fees to be paid for by management.

WORK PERMITS & VISAS
10. It is agreed & understood that the management will pay for any work permits or visas that are required, either in full or shared when part of a tour. This charge will be additional to artists fees & travel expenses.

RIDER AGREEMENT
RIDER TO CONTRACT NO: 12345

DATED: Friday, June 20, 2008

BETWEEN: ,
And Aphrodite Hereinafter known as The Artiste

1. This rider must be signed and returned to Urban Artists. Any proposed alterations to this Rider must first be agreed between the Management and the Artistes representative before being made, otherwise all clauses must be adhered to.

2. The Management agrees to sign this Rider in the places indicated and to return it to Urban Artists with the contract at least one month prior to performance.

3. It is agreed and understood that the Management agrees to provide refreshments for each artist to; one (1ltr) bottle of mineral water, twelve (6) bottles of quality chilled lager and ample supply of vodka, redbull and other similar alcohol, one (1ltr) bottle of coca-cola, one (1) carton of fresh orange juice prior to performance and a hot meal for four persons, on all bookings outside of the UK, at no cost to the Artiste

4. It is agreed and understood that the Management will provide the Artiste(s) with a guest list of FIVE (5) persons at no cost to the Artiste whatsoever.

5. The Management will provide adequate maps and directions to the venue. This should arrive at Urban Artists with returned contract.

6. It is agreed and understood that the Management will provide and pay for all flights, internal travel and five star (5*) hotel accommodation on all bookings outside of the UK at no cost to the Artiste whatsoever

7. In the event that as a result of any illness or injury, detention resulting from inability to obtain reasonable modes of transportation, riots or other civil strife, strikes or other forms of labour dispute, epidemics, an act or order of any public or governmental authority or court, any Act of God, or any other cause beyond the Artistes reasonable control the Artiste shall be unable to fulfill the obligations on his part to be performed hereunder with regards to the engagement(s) then in such event neither party hereto shall be entitled to make any claim against the other party for non-fulfillment of any outstanding obligations yet to be performed an the part of such other party.
